If you file an application, we might ask you to send us a copy of every initial veterinary checkup that shows unequivocally that the death of your pet was due to exclusively hereditary issues and was not the owner’s fault. The results of the medical exam and autopsy must show that the cause of death was entirely genetic. When the document is ready, it will be sent to our veterinarian, who will study it and need to sign off on it.
Only in cases where the dog experiences seizure disorders may hydrocephalus be explained. We treat common conditions such patellar dislocations, hernias, open fontanelles, parasites, low blood sugar, and skin issues as well as conditions that are neither treatable nor common.
Wrapping Things Up!
We kindly request that you properly feed your puppy to prevent hypoglycemia and low blood sugar. We properly treat all puppies for parasites and worms, but because they are common and simple to treat, our guarantee does not apply to them. If necessary, we will be pleased to replace your dog. However, any veterinary billing or shipment is not our responsibility.
