No, we do not believe we should qualify anybody when buying puppies from us! One of our customers said it right: “They’re great dogs but we don’t need anyone qualifying us as to whether or not we deserve the right to buy one of their puppies.” It is our intention to place our puppies in good homes. However we certainly reserve the right not to sell if we believe it is in the best interests of the dog.
No. But before you purchase your dog you are required to state that you have read our Terms and Conditions, and to sign our Life Time Guarantee.
Basically it means you are getting a top of the line puppy! A champion sire or dam, means that one of the parents or both has repeatedly won FCI organized conformation shows and must therefore be of excellent appearance and conformation. Literally this means, by the rules of the FCI, that the dog has won the necessary number of local or international dog shows to have been able to earn a Champion or International Champion title.
All our puppies receive the vaccinations necessary for their age, and any additional vaccinations that are required to meet your countries import regulations.
Unless requested by a client, our puppies are not neutered.
You can of course request for this to be done. But it is only possible at the age of 6 months and up.
The health of our puppies is our top priority, and even more importantly, the whole purpose of the breeders we work with! We only choose puppies from breeders we know put the welfare and comfort of their puppies first. That is why we check the environment the puppies are raised in, to ensure they are healthy, happy and well cared for. Once you choose your puppy, all necessary vaccinations are given, and immediately prior to departure your puppy will have a check up with our veterinarian.

We ship our puppies at the earliest possible moment, but never before 10 weeks. Each country has their own import regulations, with differing minimum age restrictions. Please look on our delivery page for the import regulations to your destination.
We only ship our puppies with pet friendly, major airlines that have many years experience with shipping animals and have strict safety regulations. The airplanes have a separate, temperature controlled room for live animals. This is very safe and most puppies sleep through the flight. In most cases, the puppy stays overnight in one of the airline’s cities in America, Europe, where he/she is provided with food and water before continuing to the final destination.
Each country has their own regulations. But it is sometimes advisable to opt-in for quarantine of your puppy to be on the safe side.
Within the EU a pet passport is required. Otherwise normally your puppy will arrive with just a vaccination booklet. The original vaccination stickers will be in the vaccination booklet, therefor the pet passport will not contain these stickers. If you are aware that you will need a pet passport, please request it right after you reserve your dog so it can be organized. Additional fees will apply.
This is dependent on your location as different countries have different minimum age requirements for dogs to be be imported. However we never deliver earlier than 10 weeks of age for the health and happiness of the puppy. The age of entry depends on the minimum vaccination requirements, especially for Rabies which cannot be given until 12 weeks of age. Most countries require a months wait after the Rabies vaccination so 4 months of age is the earliest import allowance. There are a small number of countries where we can deliver at 10 weeks, such as the U.S.A, and some where it is 10 months, such as Australia. To know the exact requirement of age for your puppy to enter your particular country, please check the map above, or consult with our representative via available communication options.
Most countries do not require an import permit. Countries that do, include, but are not limited to the UAE, Australia, Bahrain, Kuwait, China, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar. Import permits are required firstly to make sure the breed of dog is allowed, and secondly to ensure the dog has all the documents needed. We will provide you with all necessary information and documents to make it easy for you. We also offer assistance in most of these countries through our local partners.
For countries with more complex regulations we have local agents to help you even more with the process. These countries include Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Jordan and Australia. These local partners will help you to complete the entire import procedure and will in most cases deliver your dog to your home or let you go to their location (office, store, clinic) to pick up the dog. If a local partner is available in your country, we strongly advice to use our selected partner. We choose the partner with the best and most convenient system for you.
Yes. Our puppies usually come with a pedigree. On a rare occasion when a puppy does not have a pedigree this will be stated in the puppies individual Page Notes.
We are happy to see that you are thinking about training as it is very important. Puppies are not in general trained before departure, it is up to the breeder what training they choose to give the puppy.
However if you wish for specific training this can be arranged for an additional fee.
All puppies require proper training from their owner after arrival. If you don’t want to hire a dog trainer, there are several resources can be found on the internet to help you. We recommend our Blog Posts on Dog Training.
We recommend at first to feed your puppy the same food that the puppy has been eating prior to purchase. You can gradually try a different food brand that is available in your location. We always recommend super premium or holistic (grain free) dry brands. Good choices are, just to mention a few: Royal Canin, Natures Variety, Taste of the Wild. We recommend feeding your puppy 4 times a day until 3 months of age, then 3 times a day until 6 months. From then on you can feed your puppy twice a day, and depending on your choice feed the dog 1 or 2 times a day from 1 year old. We have a shop page dedicated to pet foods and accessories which you can add to your cart when shopping for a pet.
This depends on several factors such as the dog breed itself, your circumstances where you live. What really is important is to leave space for the dog, let it have his or her own corner where no one should intrude, where he/she can feel safe and by himself/herself. But make sure breakables and any safety hazards such as electric cables/coils are out of reach. Having plenty of dog toys too is a good idea, which can be bought on our shop page.
Yes, normally you would cover the cost, but we also offer a fantastic Shipping Protection on top of our guarantee. If you have purchased this protection and your dog sadly passes away within the guarantee time, then we would cover 100% of the shipping costs for your new puppy, up to the price of the original shipping.
